Peter joins Mike Whitney and the team at Sydney Weekender to take viewers on an exciting weekend itinerary. In recent episodes Pete’s been dolphin spotting, learnt trapeze for the circus, and swung through the forest on Tarzan ropes.
Pete is co-host of the brand new series of The Great Outdoors, which airs nationally on Channel 7. In this series he joins Tom Williams, Rachael Finch and Adam Brand in following in the footsteps of Australian explorers Burke & Wills, and has taken audiences on a clos-encounter with whale sharks, through outback Australia right up to the Gulf of Carpentaria. At Karumba on the Gulf he hosted a special sunset session with Aussie Country legend Lee Kernagan.

He has recently finished filming a high-octane, adrenalin-fuelled series which includes driving V8’s, rally cars, and a fully race-prepared dragster, flying at 900km/h in a jetfighter, and a helicopter skydive.
Outside of Channel 7 Peter is utilised for a variety of projects. He travels throughout Australia as MC for corporate events, and is in demand as a keynote speaker for his thrilling account of climbing Mt Everest.
Peter has enjoyed interviewing the late race car legend Peter Brock, world surfing champ Layne Beachley, INX's Kirk Pengilly, Channel 7's Sonia Kruger, music guru Glenn A Baker, athlete Jane Fleming, and singer Kamahl. He has also interviewed ex-Prime Minister John Howard, John Doyle aka The Rampaging Roy Slaven, and Ronnie Johns from the Ronnie Johns Half Hour Show.
